APPLICATION GUIDE FOR BETTER FINISH

FOLLOW TO AVOID
Clean the surface free of dirt, dust, grease & loose particles. To avoid poor adhesion, Cissing, cratering.
Use only recommended grade of emery paper. To avoid scratches, gloss reduction, aesthetic appeal.
Use recommended filler or sealer. To avoid poor adhesion, cracking, Delamination.
Do not use conventional filler or sealer for exterior finish. To avoid cracking over period of time, loss of adhesion..
Do not use thick layer of filler. To avoid hard sanding, poor surface leveling (wavyness).
Use recommended ratio of Base to Hardner. To avoid delay in drying time, Hardness, cracking, orange peeling.
Use recommended Thinner. To avoid slow / fast drying, bad flow, gloss reduction, Pinholing, Blushing, cissing.
Use recommended ratio of Thinner. To avoid loss of gloss, poor finish, opacity (in case of pigmented), orange peeling, Dry spraying brush mark, surface smoothness.
Use recommended air pressure. Poor resistance to scratches, cigarette burns, pinholing.
Maturation time after mixing of Base & Hardener (Incase of two pack). Poor resistance to scratches, cigarette burns, pinholing.
Use recommended air pressure. To avoid orange peeling, Dry spray, surface smoothness, pinholes.
Check compressor & spraying equipment free. To avoid cratering, blooming of moisture & oil.
Straining of materials through Bolting nylon. To avoid Bitty finish, cratering.
Keep spraying booth & working area dust free. To avoid Bitty finish, cratering.
Give recommended time between successive coats. To avoid wrinkling, loss of gloss, poor adhesion, cracking.
Do not apply Pigmented finish directly on putty. To avoid wrinkling, slow drying, cracking, loss of gloss, opacity, Pigment flotation (In case of pigmented finish), protection.
Do not apply too thick or too thin coats. To avoid scratches, poor gloss, roughness.
Do not sand very hard between successive coats. To avoid scratches, poor gloss, roughness.
Do not apply Pigmented finish directly on putty. To avoid patchy finish. Apply one coat of primer before finish coat.
