PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
WOODPOL WOOD SEALER is a nitrocellulose base air-drying Sealer developed specially for wooden product before top coating.
Woodpol wood sealer normally uses on previously applied & well sanded woodpol wood filler to achieve a flat & smooth finish. It is compatible with a wide range of top coat such as Melamine, Polyurethane & NC clear lacquer.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
» Wood surface must be dry and free of dust and loose particles. Sand the surface along grains with emery paper # 100 or 180.
» Fill the wood grains by using Woodpol wood filler. Remove excess of wood filler immediately. Allow it to dry for 1- 2 hours. Sand with emery paper #180 followed by 320.
» Stir the content thoroughly before use to make it homogenous.
» Apply 2 – 3 coats of Woodpol sanding sealer by spraying after mixing with good quality NC thinner or by putty knife or muslin cloth.
» Allow it to dry for 1.5 – 2 hours. Sand with emery paper # 320 or 400.
» Repeat above steps if necessary to achieve a flat & smooth surface.
» Now the surface is ready for Applying Woodpol NC clear lacquer, Woodpol melamine, Woodpol polyurethane single pack or Woodpol polyurethane two pack (interior)..
PRECAUTIONS
While application, excess of wood filler should be removed immediately other wise waviness will appear on surface after application of top coats.
