INTRODUCTION
Coatings & Coatings (India) Pvt. Ltd. Has its manufacturing facilities logistically located at Maharashtra and Gujrat (Western India), for catering to the customers in the North; to Southern parts of India. The manufacturing set up is supported by R&D, QC, Stores (Raw Materials & Finished Goods). Dispatch and Transportation departments.

MANUFACTURING LOCATIONS
Both manufacturing units have a combined installed capacity to manufacture 3000 tons p.a. of various products with sophisticated equipment, a modern R&D lab and strict Quality Control cell along with a well equipped Logistics Center to cater and service even the smallest need of our customers. The company also owns its transportation fleet to deliver goods to customers, just in time. Plant 1 is located at Taloja, Maharashtra, 50 kms from the city of Mumbai Plant 2 is located at Ambarnath Plant 3 is located at Bhavnagar in Gujratto cater to customers in the North, having well set up R&D, QC and logistic departments. The company established the ISO-9001-2000 norms.

TECHNICAL

R&D
To compliment the manufacturing facilities, a modern R & D facility has been set up at both locations with qualified and experienced personnel working towards catering to the demand from the market for newer, superior products. A continuous process, which the company considers a priority.

QC DEPT
Through the company believes and practices doing right things the first time, each batch manufactured passes through the experienced hands of quality inspectors to ensure excellent performance at the users’ end.

LOGISTICS
Based on the expanse and spread of customers all over the country, both factories at Maharashtra and Gujrat are supported by efficient connections by rail and road to service zones such as North, South, East and West with each metropolis as the controlling center and satellite service points served by our dealers.

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE
The Administrative and Marketing office is located at Ghatkoper, which is in the heart of Mumbai city with the directors, administrative staff, associates and support to cater to the needs of the customer.
